At Monzu Fresh Pasta, we are committed to sourcing local, organic and seasonal produce as much as possible.  We use only certified organic flours and eggs from local, pasture-raised hens, and our 100% pastured beef is sourced from California farms and either grass-fed/grass-finished or grass-fed/grain-finished (no corn, no soy, no feed-lots, GMO-free). Note: while high quality, our products may contain wheat, egg, dairy, soy, celery or fish allergens.

Raviolone Cacio e Pepe

Durum flour giant raviolo stuffed with pecorino cheese, ricotta and fresh ground black pepper, served with butter cream, cheese and pepper. Add Bolognese +4.5. Add black truffle +4.8
